Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings with Telecom Discount Hub LLC are final, and we do not offer any money-back guarantees. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances. However, we understand that plans may change, and we offer the following flexibility in regards to appointment cancellations and rescheduling.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • No Charge: You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: A $25 fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • No Show / Late Cancellation: If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time or are not present at the service address when the technician arrives, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • No Charge: You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
  • Late Rescheduling Fee: A $25 fee will apply if you reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
  • Failure to Reschedule or No Show: If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours in advance or are absent when the technician arrives, the full charge for the service will apply.

 

We strive to offer flexible scheduling while respecting our technicians’ time. Cancellations and rescheduling with short notice may affect our team’s availability, and we appreciate your understanding.
